Mars Mission is a subtheme of LEGO Space that was released in 2007. The theme focuses on adventerous astronauts, who land on Mars. The explorers battle against a race of Aliens.

History[]

The main reason the Humans went to Mars was to search for the Energy Crystals. The crystals could be used to power their ships and stations. These crystals are found in every Mars Mission set.

The sets of this include a pump system, which was previously seen in Life on Mars. The pump system of this theme was orange and white, which is also the color scheme of the entire product line.

The main bases for the theme were the Eagle Command Base, which was used by the Humans, and the ETX Alien Mothership.

The Mars Mission website had a very popular game, called CrystalAlien Conflict. The game has many codes, which unlock bonus levels.
